WWW Wednesday

First I just have to say how adorable this Pokemon Go app is! I am loving it, every evening all week I have seen little kids with their parents walking around the block trying to catch them all! it really refreshes me to see something on a smartphone that in my mind has ruined childhoods somewhat, actually have something to do outside that let’s their imaginations run wild! I love it. 🙂

Okay with that said, let’s see what my three W’s consist of this week!

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme hosted by Sam @ Taking on a World of Words. You just answer the W questions.

  • What have you recently finished reading?
  • What are you currently reading?
  • What do you think you’ll read next?

Recently Finished:

Paige Dawson: the mother of a murdered child and wife to a dead man.

She has nothing left to live for… until she finds her husband’s handgun hidden in their house.

Why did Ryan need a gun? What did he know about their daughter’s death?

Desperate for the truth, Paige begins to unearth her husband’s secrets.

But she has no idea who she is up against, or that her life isn’t hers to gamble – she belongs to me.

This book is super intense and the plot twist will blow you away! Check out my review.

Currently Reading:

When a beautiful, aspiring writer strides into the East Village bookstore where Joe Goldberg works, he does what anyone would do: he Googles the name on her credit card.

There is only one Guinevere Beck in New York City. She has a public Facebook account and Tweets incessantly, telling Joe everything he needs to know: she is simply Beck to her friends, she went to Brown University, she lives on Bank Street, and she’ll be at a bar in Brooklyn tonight—the perfect place for a “chance” meeting.

As Joe invisibly and obsessively takes control of Beck’s life, he orchestrates a series of events to ensure Beck finds herself in his waiting arms. Moving from stalker to boyfriend, Joe transforms himself into Beck’s perfect man, all while quietly removing the obstacles that stand in their way—even if it means murder.

I waited for like ever for this and another book to come in the mail! I just started it last night and so far so good 🙂 I’m super excited to get to all the good parts and see what Joe Goldberg is all about. Stay tuned for my review!

Reading Next:

In her twenties, Emma Blair marries her high school sweetheart, Jesse. They build a life for themselves, far away from the expectations of their parents and the people of their hometown in Massachusetts. They travel the world together, living life to the fullest and seizing every opportunity for adventure.

On their first wedding anniversary, Jesse is on a helicopter over the Pacific when it goes missing. Just like that, Jesse is gone forever.

Emma quits her job and moves home in an effort to put her life back together. Years later, now in her thirties, Emma runs into an old friend, Sam, and finds herself falling in love again. When Emma and Sam get engaged, it feels like Emma’s second chance at happiness.

That is, until Jesse is found. He’s alive, and he’s been trying all these years to come home to her. With a husband and a fiancé, Emma has to now figure out who she is and what she wants, while trying to protect the ones she loves.

Who is her one true love? What does it mean to love truly?

Emma knows she has to listen to her heart. She’s just not sure what it’s saying.

Well let’s just say I have my tissues ready for this one! I’ve heard so many wonderful things and I can’t even imagine what Emma will have to go through in this! I mean how terrible :(. Can’t wait to dig in!

Have a great day!

  1. We have such similar taste in books, You is on my never ending TBR as well. I’m reading No Turning Back by Tracy Buchanan right now, almost done. Review should be up later today m.

  2. Another blogger that I follow recently read You and thought it was fantastic. Can’t wait to hear what you think of it. My Girl is another one that I’ve recently heard good things about. I actually just added it to my TBR on Goodreads earlier today. I’ll have to go check out your review. 🙂

    1. I’m only about 25% done but so far it’s really good!

My Girl is super good too, it’s dark and twisted! A great thriller mystery with a killer plot twist 🙂

I hope you like it! Let me know if you read either of them, I’ll watch out for your reviews 🙂
